Risks and disclaimer
$POKEPACKS is a memecoin with a card draw. Read this before you buy.
Not affiliated
$POKEPACKS is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Pokémon, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, Collector Crypt or pump.fun. Pokémon names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the cards.
Not financial advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins swing hard and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Risks
- Price. The token can go to zero. Holding to stay in the Top 100 means carrying that risk.
- No guaranteed prize. Cards depend on volume. A quiet day can mean no pack and no draw. A place in the Top 100 gives odds, not a card.
- Card value. Pulls are random. The insured value is Collector Crypt's figure, and a card can sell for less.
- Fees. Every trade pays the 3% creator fee plus pump.fun's fees, in both directions.
- Operator. The daily buy and the liquidity and ops payouts are done by hand from the creator wallet, and a server holds the Pack Vault's key to send cards. A mistake, an outage or a stolen key could delay or stop buys, draws or sends.
- Platforms. Solana, pump.fun, Jupiter, Collector Crypt and the RPC providers can all fail or change.
- Randomness. A block producer cannot choose its blockhash, but it could skip its block. That is impractical for one draw, but it is not a formal proof of randomness.
- Local rules. Prize draws and memecoins may be restricted or taxed where you live. Following your local law is up to you.
Changes
The schedule, the split, the pack size and the size of the draw are set in the site config and can change. The site and these docs always show the current values. Every past draw keeps its receipt, with the rule it used.
